I'm sorry, I still do not understand what you are asking.
How is an email server related to WWB?
And what is a 'responsive email server'?

forgive me as I've much to learn and am not trying to be difficult, but for lack of better terminology, I'm curious if WWB could be used to build an instant messaging/communication program? I'll try and better explain what I mean below..

the link below states 'this webshop was created using WYSIWYG Web Builder'..

http://www.wysiwygwebbuilder.com/shopdemo/cart.php

by 'responsive' I mean interactive, so for example, how I'm able to interact with the webshop by adding products to a cart/memory, these might instead be messages in an inbox that I wish to save to an alternatively labeled folder/memory and what I currently understand 'responsive' to mean, where a program is able to respond to such request..

by 'email server' I mean the communication aspect of how once a WWB project is connected to a domain, distributed individuals would be able to visit this address, create an account, and be able to contact anyone else who has also made an account..

also, if you take requests, I'd be willing to pay to add this feature and then make it available to everyone else who buys WWB if you were interested..

There is no standard solution for what you are asking, because this is very specific and it requires programming.
And although you can create this in WWB, it would be a lot of work (weeks or maybe months) to implement this.

After creating my first website with WWB not long ago, I'd also like to try and build an app that revolves around this communication/email function...I understand if you're not interested, but feel like such a feature could also help WWB grow if that's what you're looking for..

WWB is a web design tool, not a programming environment (like visual studio) .
Also, I doubt that many users will ever use this. I do not think it will be profitable to spend so much time on this.
