Hide header when scroll view smaller with same menu

Hi Pablo and wwb'rs. Have done this sometimes but this time I am placing the menu on a masterpage so I don't have to change twice in the menus that usual are on the same page (masterpage).
So it works perfect but I get the warning that I can not have two objects with the same object id on the same page...
How can I work arround this? Can it make issues later on in the project?

Make sure to give your objects on a master page that you are using over and over unique id's

Thats the problem...
1. I have a masterpage with the function that When the header (containing the menu) scrolls up it reveals the much smaller header containing the same menu.
2. I have placed this main menu on another masterpage so I just have to change once in the meny when building it and in the future when change or update the menu. So I can only have one id on this masterpage where the original menu is.
3. On the original masterpage with the on scroll hide and reveal the headers I have a content place holder in each of the two headers linking to the same original menu in the other masterpage/object

I published a testsite. Filled with blocks as placeholders for get hight on the page so is scrollable at once. When you scroll the page the smaller header appears with the same menu that are linked from the same masterpage...

As I wrote... the issue is that I get the warning, and if it can make problem in the future? But other than it's some enoying with the warning it works ok

Without see a demo of your project its hard to say how to fix it but if you are having conflicting ID's it will eventually cause problems.
