My form has been working fine. However, it suddenly stop working. I didn't change anything.

If it has suddenly stopped working and you haven't changed anything yourself in the software then it is a issue with your hosting provider.
Please also note WYSIWYG Web Builder 15 is no longer supported.

A form does not suddenly stop working by itself.
Did you contact your web host to ask if they have changed something?

Maybe they have new 'rules'? or upgraded to PHP8?
