How can a person suffering from minor Metamorphopsia [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Metamorphopsia] in one eye use webbuilder?
Only option, if at all, is if the texts in the front of webbuilder can be made larger.
Is it possible to make them larger by changing any settings tools > options?

You can set the text scaling in the DPI settings of Windows.
The workspace can be zoomed with the built-in zoom tools.
