** PROBLEM SOLVED ** Font sizes change when previewing and publishing

**PROBLEM SOLVED PER SUGGESTION BELOW** Using latest V17. Opened project file and many text box font sizes have changed when viewed in latest WYSIWYG (see INDEX page). When I preview/publish, font sizes look different again (see LIIKMED page). Attached LIIKMED example has header title set at 40 and html shows it changes to 64 and overuns the text box.
