The form seems to be correct.
Note however that you will need to publish the form. It will not work in preview.

Clicking the form send button does not open thank you page nor do I receive the message from the form.

The following is also missing. Please ensure all files are uploaded correctly for the page(s) to work.

Thanks but I don't understand.
The log shows they were uploaded and I see them on the server.

How else can I check if they are uploaded correctly ?

Maybe you did not publish the files to the correct location?
It look like you are publishing to a local folder?

Note that you are using an old outdated version of the software. Please update.

In that case, make sure you upload the files to the correct location.

You do not have to remove version 16.

Publishing and uploading to server from within webbuilder has fixed issue of missing css files.
Thanks for the help.

I did ugrade to ver 17 awhile back, just never installed on this machine.

Is there a location to get my serial or activation keys again ?
