Registered version displaying icon on age like unregistered version

I have asked support about a their advice about this and unfortunately have lost my order number.

However, I have tried to re-register the program using the Help > ABOUTto bring up the registration screen, entered the registration number and it still makes no difference.

So, I tried installing it on the laptop and it was fine. Up until recently it was running fine on the desktop as well and then one one particular day when I went to continue working on a site, I noticed that this icon had popped up. I initially thought that the registration had run out but when I checked it was still current and it would not have installed on to the laptop without the icon.

If anyone has any idea about what I can do about this, I am open to suggestions.
