I don't see an option in posting to attach or post a photo. Not possible?

The easiest is to upload your image to your host/server and link to it. You can also use sites like mediafire to upload stuff.

Uploading to the forum has been for security reasons. As crispy68 reply you can upload to your own host/server and provide a url to view a image or a download link. Or for images see the following https://imgbb.com/ and provide the generated url.

I self host. I just must not be getting something right. When I preview all I see is that little green icon indicating no photo.
