Which Bootstrap menu are you referring to?
Did you upload all files?

Did it previously work?
If yes, did you use the same settings?
For example, did you select the same jQuery version?

The problem is solved. I changed the jQuery version from 3.6.0 to 2.2.4 and the menu worked.

The "Bootstrap Menu" extension uses an older version of Bootstrap so it also requires an older version of jQuery.
