Hi Pablo,
WWB does not create an output folder "fonts" for WOFF and WOFF2.
See setting:
WWB only creates the "fonts" output folder when TTF is added.

note:
When TTF is added, WOFF and WOFF2 are automatically added, even if WOFF and WOFF2 are not set.
Same behavior in WWB17 as well

I concur with mixextra on this. I get same result.

This is behavior by design.
All fonts will be published to the folder specified for the 'ttf' type, so you do not have to specify a folder to each font type.
