Hi,
I have purchased a new Laptop and have tried to download wysiwyg, it is telling me my laptop is in S mode and is sending me to Microsoft apps.
The new laptop is running windows 11.
Any advice on how I can rectify this, many thanks ?

It looks like it is running Windows 11 S and not the full Windows 11.
The S mode is for security, so you can only download apps from the MS Store.
You will have to convert it to Windwos 11 after which you won't be able to go back to Windows 11 S (not that you would want to anyway).
It's very straight forward and quick to convert to Windows 11.
