World Wide template and Particles Script

Post by VictorKrs »

Good evening!

There is a World Wide template on the program's website https://www.wysiwygwebbuilder.com/suppo ... dwide.html.
When creating a project based on this template, when viewing (F5) in Firefox, the Particle Script does not work (Particles do not respond to the mouse cursor).

I will be grateful if there is a solution to the problem!

To be able to help you, I need a DEMO project (.wbs file) so I can see all your settings.

For further details about how to share a project file, please see this FAQ:

Curious, does it work in other browsers? I ask because you only mention FF. Are there any errors in the page? Do you have a link to your page to view? Pablo's demo template works in FF so we know it does work.

Do you have javascript enabled in FF? have you added any other 3rd party scripts or extensions using jquery that may be conflicting with the particles?

Thank you for your feedback!
The script doesn't work in MS Edge either.

WWB version installed: 18.04 (09/12/2022)
The wbs project file was created from a template from a site from which I deleted everything unnecessary off-topic.
No settings were changed.

The particles script is not included with the template so you will need to add the script manually or use the particles extension.
Note that this has nothing to do with WB18.
