Please help with Globar Search and replace AND master page footer

Trying to searcg and replace all breakpoints and all pages nothing happen.

ALSO can not add a Page Footer in master page.

Global replace is for text in objects like menus.
To replace text in standard text, you can use the 'Find and Replace' tool.

You will need to be more specific about this.
What are you trying to do and where does it stop working?

I create a new page called "master". I add "Page header" without problems.

I try to add "Page Footer" and nothing happens, it is not added.

I can not add "Page footer"

It seems to work fine in the project you have shared.

Note however that a page can only have one footer, if you add multiple footers then they will overlap each other.

I begin with a new web site. Tried to do master page.

Page Header OK. Then tried to add Page Footer.

The footer will be added at the bottom of the page.

I found the problem!

The Page Footer is created with these dimensions:

background: colorless
position: 0.999
size: 970.1

So it's out of sight and colorless, which is why I couldn't see it.
