Error in form calculations

I have an error with a form I have not been able to fix. In trouble shooting I have come across the below error. Not sure if it is related to my issue as the formula has never worked (even though it is as simple as the one listed in this bug), but I have changed the target during construction so it is likely related.

There is an error that occurs if you change the target of the calculation after you have previously published the page. Republishing the page and all files does not fix the error.

It seems to work correct for me.
Maybe you will need to clear your browser cache?

Yes clearing the cache seems to have worked
