Need help for master page

Hi,

I placed one layout grid at the top and a content placeholder as a floating layer at the middle and another layout grid at the bottom. But when I attach this master page with the normal page and try to preview the bottom layout grid overlaps with the content placeholder and is automatically placed after the top layout grid.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Have you made the bottom layout grid as a footer (floating) or just footer?
