is it possible to put a regular layer in the layout grid ? Sometimes objects are created on a layer, it is impossible to create layouts in the same order in the grid

A layer cannot be part of a layer grid, because a layer is for absolute/fixed layouts.
Layout grids are used for flexible layouts.
