Hello,

I have tried all the options and checked with the hosting provider. They have checked everything in the background and from their side everything is working. They also do support php mail and they do allow you to send to the email destination.

When you fill the order and click submit i get to the success page, but emails never come.

When they say 'it's working' do they mean that the email is sent?
In that case, the email must have been blocked by a spam filter.

Note: this can only be a configuration issue.
If you need my help then I need to know what goes wrong.

But how can I prevent spam blocking? Do you maybe know what should i change in the configuration?

Thank you!

There can be many reasons why the email end up in spam.
For example, because of the subject or the 'from' address or the IP of the server.
However, this is unrelated to WWB.

If you need further assistance then please ask you webhost is the email is sent successful and if not, what the error is.
