I have free shipping within my country however I need to add shipping to go to a different country. { sorry about that :>( }

Depends you haven’t mentioned what ecommerce you are using within the software it would help if you say..

You would do this via your PayPal account. See the following reading from part 4: "Set Up International Shipping Methods:
