play audio when page first opens

I would like to have a short .wav file play as soon as one of my pages opens. How do I do that?

Sorry that is not possible due to auto play of audio is disabled in all modern browsers. This is to save data and battery on the likes of mobile devices.

Also...don't do it anyway if you could. A majority of users find this to be annoying on websites.
