You can insert audio and video via the 'audio' and 'video' objects in the toolbox.

Please note that any audio including audio in the video will be blocked by the browser as already mentioned at the following:

BF - the audio isn't 'blocked' as such - it's just that the video/audio will not start on loading the page.It has to be done manually.
