The top superior menu is showing where he shouldnt on some tablets and i dont have a clue why

Are these pics off an emulator? If so, they are not always reliable.
To me it looks like a breakpoint issue. I also find your choice of breakpoints odd. Not sure why you would have a breakpoint at 1200 and 1280? only 80px difference between the 2 and 970 and 1024 which is a 54px difference.

Hi crispy its a emulator yes, im really new at this , could u please tell the break points i should use or some tutorial besides wwb that goes only to 720 , i want it responsive from 320 px to high screen tvs

Another thing you need to consider is the CSS viewport resolution of the devices and not the screen resolution which I believe is what's displayed at the bottom. I believe the viewport size of a 6th generation Ipad is 768px by 1024px.
I have found that using the following works for me:
default = 1900, 1346, 1024, 768, 480, 360
For the default and 1346, I shave off 20px to account for the scrollbar on desktop browsers. I don't do 320px as there is really nothing that small anymore. Can you go bigger for the default? sure, but i'm not sure it is necessary.
Also, you only need to add breakpoints if your layout 'breaks' and it is needed. So for example, if between 1346 and 768 it looks good, then you may not need one at 1024. Typically, I add breakpoints when my layout needs to shift/change for some reason. It's all dependent on the design.
