Cant open file , webform

I have a contact form i enabled form settings and i get can't open file once the contact form is submitted.

any help would be appreciated.

What exactly do you mean by 'can't open file'?
What are your settings and where does it stop working?
Do you have a demo?
Can you please be more specific?

Maybe you have enabled CSV, but did not make the file writable?
If you need help, then please share a DEMO project so I can see what you have done.

also what did you want me to see in the rules did i break a rule i do apologize i will read but without knowing what rule i broke i wont know .

The errors indicates that there is an issue with permissions to write data to the file (formdata.csv), so you will need to solve that on the server.

You did not break any rules, however if you want help then we need to know what you have done. Therefor we always ask for a DEMO project,m so we can see what settings you have used.
