I am trying to put an admin panel from the login section using xammp and sql (localhost). Days ago i had used this interface and I hadn't had any problem. But since today when i publish the admin panel it does not appear on the website. In the following images i show the setup i have for this panel:

As you can see from the images the setup is the same as days before and I created a whole new project just to show the result of the admin panel. but the result page is a blank webpage. Any idea of what can be the cause of this problem? Need any additional information?
