Adding Breakpoints - Default font size selection

When adding a breakpoint, there is an option to set a default font size (or keep none). Is it good practice to set this? Are there any guidelines as to what to select given the brekpoint size being created? How does this interact (if at all) with the responsize text object and regular text object? Thanks in advance.

There are no guidelines for this, it's a personal preference.
