Use of keyboard for navigation in Object Properties

Is there any way to use Tab, Enter, Arrow, Shift, Ctrl, Alt etc keys to navigate the value fields in the Object Properties.
After entering a value for Position X, how can I navigate to Position Y without leaving the keyboard?

Unfortunately, that is not possible. The property editor is a standard UI element so I have no control over how it works.
