Paypal

Post by colin1661music »

Hi I wondered if anyone has experienced this problem.

I have put a paypal button on this site https://www.soulparty.co.uk/ but a lot of people are saying it prompts them to create a new paypal account when they already have an account.

I've used paypal buttons before and although we've had a few complainants that the button doesn't work, this site has had a large number of people complaining.

The button is usually a link so WYSIWYG Web Builder has no control over how Paypal redirects them to create a Paypal account although they have one. Did you try Paypal sandbox to test it yourself?

First note that the 'PayPal button' is standard PayPal functionality. The logic is implemented on the PayPal website. So, only PayPal can change how it works.

But, I have tested PayPal button on your website in multiple browsers and it seems to work correct.
Did you try it yourself?
What do you see?

Thanks Pablo,

Yes I've tested it on PC, Apple and Android and it always works for me, but the client is getting a lot of complaints, I've suggested he contacts paypal. I can set up a free ecwid shop for him in the future.
