Responsive menu

Hi I am trying to use the responsive menu but on an iPad it shows as all opened up expanded.
Www.morayweb.co.uk the images I am in the process of fixing but the menu looks terrible.

If have tried your website on my iPad and it seems to work correct.
What do I need to do to see the issue?

Hi this is what I get on ipad and phone. The menu is inside a responsive layer grid.

From the image itself it indicates that you haven’t published all files such as the css and jquery. Please ensure all files are uploaded to the server and to there correct folder(s).

I am using content place holder. Can this object be made responsive too?

Thanks very much its a district site I need to create like your pennines one. Scouts HQ said it was ok to include their pages. Would be intresting to have a look at your resources etc nan form etc. I have been using wordpress but it is so slow.
