Modify tables

Post by Joan Ferrer »

I have several tables, I want to change the font and size.
Is it possible to change them all in one operation or do I have to change the text one by one?
Thank you

You can use Global Replace from Tools to change text color just take that table to a separate page change the global for it and put it back on the original page. Just a tip and trick I do.

You can select all table cells and then update the style properties for all of them.

See also "Table Tips" in the tutorial:

To change the font and size or even the colors of multiple table cells: Select multiple cells -> hold down the SHIFT key and click cell properties.

the easiest way to select all the cell is the when you hover on the top border of the header you will see a black arrow pointing downwards so you press and keep SHIFT button on hold and just click on all the table headers borders to select them and while you are holding the shift button then just click on cell properties it will show all the options then.
