Images not being supported by certain browsers

Post by Gonecamping »

I have been using WYSIWYG for ages and never experienced this issue before. I wrote to tech support for the server and they come back to me with this..

I have taken a look into this and the issue is not related to the SSL this is down to the image format not being supported on some browsers.

It might be worth you adjusting some of your images file format, to see if this helps -> https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/filter

https://webhint.io/docs/user-guide/hint ... e=devtools

I don't understand how I am to use these links to fix the issue using WYSIWYG. When viewed on PC the SSL certificate is fine, on MAC and Android its saying don't trust this site.

If the images are not being supported what is the best file type for all browsers?

Thanks

Can you please be more specific?

What is the error?

Do you have a DEMO project?

What is your question? Is it about browser support/compatibility? Is it about image(s)? Is it about SSL certification?. It is really confusing can you be more specific!. What version of the software are you using?

Also, are the images in the same directory (domain.com/images), or are they on a subdomain like images.domain.com?
