Move fileds

I have a form where people can enter information and was wondering if it is possible to make it so if somebody selects yes "Does this client have a spouse" the hightlighted fields move down to reveal additional fields ?

When somebody selects that the person has a spouse 2 additional fields show up.
What i would like to do is remove the space where those 2 additional fields show up and when a person selects yes for the spouse all the fields in the form move down and show the 2 additional fields.
Is that possible ?

If you use flexible layout (for example with layout grids) then hidden objects will not take up space. So the rest of the layout will move down/up.
