wysiwyg web builder accessibility has tools that helps authors make their web content more accessible to individuals with disabilities.

Yes, wysiwyg web builder built-in tools for accessibility.
For example, menus support ARIA. The HTML code includes: roles, semantic tags, labels.
As a designer you can set titles for menus, links, form elements and images.
