Restoring deleted Headings in Style Manager

I think this topic has never been presented before!

Trying to create a new style I decided I only need Headings 1 to 4.
So I deleted the rest of the Headings from the style manager.

How do I restore Headings 5 and 6 the rest?

The quickest way to do that is by using the 'export' and 'import' option.
