One editbox not working

I solved my earlier problem, but a new one cropped up.

I have one editbox that does not work when published. Editbox name is "Program".

I tried adding it from scratch, I tried copying another editbox that works and just changing the name, i tried expanding the form area to make sure it's inside the form, it still does not work when publihed.

What should I do?

What exactly does not work with the editbox?
Is there an error?
