Generally if you have not made any changes in the software and it has only started then it will be a issue with your host. You should contact them ask if there is any issues there side. Also check the error log on the server for issues to why this is occurring. I also note that the page extension is .htm this should be .php if the form is using php so it will be processed on the server. Note the second url shows it was made with WWB so no help can be given but it could be what I have already replied with a issue with your host.

Hi Bacon Fries, Thanks for your quick reply. I had someone do the form pages for me a while ago. I've sent an email to hosting company. Google says it could be a problem with permission codes 755 644 etc. Not having altered anything I didn't think it could be this. Also mentioned is it could be a problem with Chrome but doesn't say what.

Out if curiosity I have checked with Mobile Chrome, Firefox and Samsung browser(s) and each returns a 403. Since your form is not or wasn't created with WB you should contact the person who wrote it for you for help. Even though you haven't made changes it is known for hosts to make changes to the server (permissions) and not tell you. I would wait for them to respond and then ask what the suggest ti fix.

Sorted now thanks. It was a problem with the Host, they had a CGI problem on my account due to some new updates to their backend.
