Hi everyone,
I need to use some webp images for my website. When I insert a jpeg image into my website and then I change the source to my webp image, the webp image shows on preview in the browser but it doesn't on Web Builder, making it difficult to work with it as nothing appears. I read other posts on the forum saying Window 10 minimum was needed. I'm using Parallel on Mac with Window 11 set up... Is there anything I'm doing wrong? Thanks ahead for your help

Re: Webp images not showing
You haven't said what version of WB you are using but webp has been supported since WWB16. Webp is a standard function of Windows but requires the wic codec and Direct2D to be installed if this is missing then it won't display correctly.
Re: Webp images not showing
Also make sure your image names conform to the requirements of WWB (no spaces, no leading number, etc.).
Re: Webp images not showing
I'm using the latest version of Web Builder. You were absolutely right, I didn't have the codec installed, nor did I know it had to be installed. For anyone having the same issue, I found the link to get the codec on this page:
https://codecpack.co/download/WebP-Code ... ndows.html
The codec to be downloaded and installed is "WebpCodecSetup.exe"
Thanks for the precious help
