version 18.4.0 issue

Post by italiastyle »

Since i installed version 18.4.0 the panel menu on my website stopped working. Turned back to version 18.3.0 and it worked again.
Wht could be the problem?
Thanks in advance.

Need more information. Could be anything. When you updated did you re-upload all the files? jQuery has been updated. Maybe you didn't update the jQuery on the server. I would try again and make sure to upload all files.

There is really nothing to solve. Looking at the source it shows that you haven’t uploaded the latest version of jquery. Did you reselect this is in the software again the upload all files.
BaconFries wrote: Sun Sep 17, 2023 10:55 am To ensure you have the latest jquery (jQuery version: 3.7.1) you should install the following version of the software.
WYSIWYG Web Builder 18.3.3 update Then go to page properties > Advanced > jquery Version then select the version. To take affect you will need to republish all pages using it.

When updating to the latest version which one

As mentioned by BaconFries and crispy68, this is not a software issue. You will need to republish all files to make sure the files on the server are up-to-date.
