Page not publishing to my folder ?

Hi,
I have been working on a page but is does not show when I publish Entire Website to a folder on my pc.
I have builder set to backup regularly and I also backup myself while I'm working.

I published Entire Website, all pages to my folder and closed Builder. Opening Builder later I couldn't see the page in Site Manager. I checked the last backup I publish to my folder and the page was not showing in the list of pages.

I have re-loaded a backup that I had saved earlier and this has the page I have been working on and I can work on it.
I have published the page on its own to a folder and it's fine. I've published Entire Website to a folder again and this page is not showing.

Any help please?

I have just cloned the page in Site Manager, published Full site and the cloned page is showing in the folder, the proper page still doesn't show though.
Don't publish this page is not ticked in page properties.

I have a - minus next to house as in link image and all pages are listed under this but there are no + sign next to any file
