Carousel navigation FullPage mode

Hello. Please tell me why the FullPage carousel navigation is not displayed in version 18.4.0 ? Everything works fine in WYSIWYG Web Builder 12.5.2.

Did you publish all files?
If yes, then what is the URL?
There are no know issues with Carousel otherwise these issues would have already been fixed.
So, if you have a problem then please try to be more specific.

It looks like the file 'fullpage.min.css' file is missing.
Please make sure that you have the latest update (18.4.1) and publish all files.
