Breakpoint queery

I have two breakpoints 768 and 485, but when I view my website on my phone that has a viewport of 360 x 800px, the 485 breakpoint shows in both portrait AND landscape mode. The 768 page/breakpoint never does? Why could this be?
Never complain about getting old, the alternative is far worse!

This depends on option 'Activate breakpoints when browser window ...' options.
