I can't understand why the menu with links to sections of the page doesn't work.
Please tell me what I'm doing wrong in the menu settings.

Where on the page did you add sections?
And what exactly 'doesn't work'?

Do you mean the 'breadcrumb menu'?
This menu is not meant to be used for links on the same page. The active page is disabled/not clickable by design.

Due to the fact that in the menu settings it is possible to link to the active page, I thought it was possible.
