Yes, you can use different flexbox properties in breakpoints.

If you need further assistance then please share a DEMO project (.wbs file) so I can see all your settings.

I do not need the complete project because that will only take more time to figure out what you have done.
Basically, I just need a small project with one page and object(s) that are relevant to your question.

Select the breakpoint, open up the grid, select each cell and set the alignment to center.

Id like the content to be 'left' essentially on desktop so all elements look spaced out

If you want a different alignment for smaller screens then you will have to add a breakpoint.
Also, you will need to use responsive text.

After adding a breakpoint, you can set a different alignment for the text in that breakpoint.
