Upgrading from an earlier version

Post by markjmcg »

Hi,
I have WWB15 (not used for a while) :D

Just purchased WWB19 plus.

I have my version 15 serial number. Do I need to install version 15 before 'updating' or can you send me a serial number to activate version 19?

Many thanks,

Mark

You should have received an e-mail with your 19 serial. You can enter it after installing 19 found here:

No and if you have just purchased you should have received your serial by a email for WWB19 so to activate. If you haven’t received a email please check your spam folder first if it not there you may have to contact Pablo at orders@pablosoftwaresolutions.com

If you purchased the upgrade then you should have received an email from the reseller with the reseller and download links.
If you did not get the email then maybe it ended up in your spam?

Hi everyone,

Many thanks for the quick replies. 👍

Yep! It's the big bold letters at the top of the email!! 🤣👍

Now just to install...
