Is there a way to put some text on\over a picture?

Check out the "Section" control. It lets you place items anywhere in the section. You might have to make the image (picture) a part of the background to achieve what you want.

Also, the Layout Grid can be used, making the image the background, then adding text and positioning the text using margins/padding.

You can also use rollover images or even cards to do the same. Check some official templates I am sure you will find the tricks.

what I did was use a watermark, and write on the image, then save it.
