Need help with footer and page alignment

I have used WYSIWYG in the past. I am using WYSIWYG 19 now. I just started a new project helping a friend build a website for his CPR business. I don't have much done yet but these are my initial problems.

1.) Page width is 1200px and I am setting the page alignment to center horizontally and the index page will not center but all other pages will.

2.) I am using a master page for all pages, the header looks fine but no matter what I do the footer has a grey background that goes across the bottom of the page regardless of what I change with the color or background type in the footer properties.

Any help would be appreciated.

To be able to help you, I need a DEMO project (.wbs file) so I can see all your settings.
Also, please include a description how to reproduce this problem.

I do not need the complete project because that will only take more time to figure out what you have done.
Basically, I just need a small project with one page and object(s) that are relevant to your question.

Hi Pablo, I have published the basic details. just index page and the master page. When you preview the site inside site builder it looks ok. When published the text for the page is left aligned and there is a grey footer background that shouldn't be there.

I am very new to most of this and just building a very basic site for a friend of mine.

I had issues on both my desktop and phone with viewing in google chrome. My son was able to load it on opera without issue. I uninstalled chrome on the desktop and reinstalled. Resolved the issue. It is still not showing correctly on my phone but i assume that is just because it is a mobile device and we have not done anything to the site yet for mobile devices.

I downloaded your project and did not see any issues with Chrome. So it seems it must have been an issue with your browser.

And yes, it wont look good on a mobile since you only have the size set to 1280px which is way too wide for a mobile screen. You will need to add breakpoints.
