Hallo,
The alpha (custom Border) color doesn't work consistently across all sides in browsers like Chrome. It only seems to function properly in WB Builder.
Am I doing something wrong?

This is related to the CSS beautifier.
To make this work, set the CSS output form to 'default'
I will investigate if this can be improved.
