1) First please note that WYSIWYG Web Builder is not a HTML Editor but a HTML Generator what this means is that no HTML exists till you publish.
2) Where did you buy the template from?
3) If it is WYSIWYG Web Builder Template then please see the following on how to install and use. Using Templates

It is not useless as you said. You can build something similar or even more better than the template you purchased using the wysiwyg web builder software. There are many great wbers that can help you in this forum.

That's for you to decide, but since you have been using WB 11>12>16 ftom around Feb 2008 it couldn't have been all that useless to you. Note if the template you have purchased has HTML files then you can try the following Import but this will only import text and images no scripts, css etc in most cases you will need to start again.

There is nothing of shame for wwb to be honest something which is meant to walk was never meant to fly. Wysiwyg Web Builder can almost replicate any static template with proper skills. WWB may not have all the designs every single new custom websites have but with some proper adjustments you can reach about 98% or 99% close to it in terms of style or design because what you see is what you get in terms of functionality and scripting it will take more custom efforts. Website building is more like a trickster art if you know custom coding a bit then with wwb even 100% is possible. If you download any template from any website for example if you wanted to take templates of wwb or any other template from the web and wanted to edit it in WordPress, wix or squarespace even that would not be possible.

So that means those who give templates are mainly not to use it for business but to influence business to take that design as a theme maybe add or delete some sections or change some and make it better. Templates are mainly for example so it never fits a businesses proper image to uphold it.

Always remember before a nice website you need a nice business or an organization. Because the business is not a template although the website may or may not be but a template.

Pablo does provide a number of templates that are mainly designed to showcase new features. I used one recently for a new customer website, and it worked out nicely.

Also, check out Blocks. You can create a page (website) with a nice-looking design by adding the blocks to a page.

Great forum is here to provide plenty of help along the way.

Just curious, can you provide a link to see the template you purchased?

Thanks for the template's link @BaconFries

As I see that template from my expertise I think this website can be styled in wwb about 95 percent same most tricks are mainly of cards transitions and grids. For hover tilt there is extension or can be done with raw custom code and for the preloaded animation there is extension for that too as I already see the things which wwb already has to make this site. If added some custom codes which it may need for more accurate design might take some html custom code snippets but can reach to 97%. It would also need some good amount of breakpoints to manage the stylings depending on style adjustments.

@johnbor as you said about doing an upgrade to wysiwyg and try one from scratch that would be a more refined approach as lots of new features for you to work with. If you need helps the developers community will provide assistance as to their capability.

Following up from wwonderfull above, if some concepts are beyond your technical skill, he has provided me with full solutions based on paper and ink sketches. I strongly recommend considering your level of expertise and if you want to walk the bridge or have it built.
