Intermittent Save Problem

I am having a problem saving website. Every day I do updates on the site and as I am going along I keep doing saves and it saves and every so often when trying to save I get the message belowe.
The strange thing is there is no paten to it sometimes 1st save or 3, 4, or 5 saves. I have the latest version 19 on windows 10.
The popup that comes up says.

WYSIWYG Wed Builder X

Access denied because the application dose not have enough permissions, or
another application has the file open and locked.

Do you use custom antivirus software, did you whitelist WebBuilder there?

This can be one of the following reason:
- the folder or file is block by your firewall, virusscanner or Windows ransomware protection. To solve this, add webbuilder.exe to the exception list
or
- you already have the file open another instance of the software which may still running in the background.

I am using System Mechanic and Windows Defender.
I have checked on Task Manager to see if 2 copies are open at the same time.
Now have started to get a message before WYSIWYG starts
I will do a uninstall and reinstall to see if that helps.
The messages I get I have put on a spare page of our site

These messages are not related.

The 'version' message indicates that the application cannot access the website to check for updates.
This is most likely a firewall related issue.

To prevent multiple instances running at the same time you can enable:
Tools -> Options -> General -> Display "Application is already running" warning at startup

Sorted the problem moved my data file from my NAS to a connected SSD no more save faild messages .
Version message fix by pausing NORD VPM when uploading.
