hi

i want to use effect smooth to scroll page normal nothing bookmarks, layout.. html page...is there?

not, this is bookmark layout but i use my mouse middle scroll make it smooth fluid..

Pablo I think he is referring to the speed of the mouse when using the scroll wheel..

make it soft scrolling page, instead "jump" rows..

This is unrelated to the program but controlled by your system (windows). There even may be an app from the maker/manufacturer of the mouse that will allow better control if the scrolling.
