How do I create these LINKS that Google displays in searches
So, How do I create this thing using WWB so that Google will display my other important pages I want to be displayed by Google? Or is this something that Google determines wether some page should be there or not?

Re: How do I create these LINKS that Google displays in searches
What you are referring to is called "sitelinks," which are additional links that appear below the main search result for a website on Google. These sitelinks are automatically generated by Google and typically include prominent pages from the website that Google algorithms determine to be relevant and helpful for users.
There is no direct way to control or manually choose which pages appear as sitelinks in Google search results. Google's algorithms determine which pages are the most relevant and useful to display as sitelinks based on various factors such as the website structure, internal linking, user behavior, and the content of the pages.
