Image size question

Do I need to replace an image when setting up for 480? What I mean is the image I have on a pc view is fine then on the smaller view I resized the image to fit but looking at the preview it's larger so do I need to hide it and add the same image back in but smaller?

Put in a layout grid and it should resize as the screen size reduces.

You can also add a breakpoint to make the image smaller for different views.
